Our place is over in Nishatganj, specifically in Goyal Complex at shops G 20 and 21. If you know the Lucknow area well, you know how that railway crossing can get sometimes. It’s a bit of a landmark for us because everyone uses it to explain where we are. We have two units side by side, which gives us a bit more room to breathe, but things still get cramped when the morning rush starts. It is not a shiny new building or anything, just a regular part of the market where people come to get their errands done. We have been in this spot for a while now and have seen the shops around us change hands many times. The weather in Lucknow can get really hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working right and the place stays cool enough for people waiting. There is always noise from the street and the trains nearby, but you get used to it after a week of working here. We mostly just focus on keeping our paperwork in order and helping the people who walk in from the street. It’s a regular job for us. We drink a lot of tea from the stall nearby and just try to get through the daily list of things that need doing. It's nothing fancy, just a local spot in a busy part of town where we spend our days.
