Cis Medical Solution Lko is located in the Aarohi Complex, specifically at UGF-24. We are right there at the Kapoortala Crossing, which is a very well-known spot in Lucknow. The Sahara India Centre is just nearby, so there is always a lot of activity in the area. Our office is on the upper ground floor. It’s a busy building with lots of different shops and offices, so you hear the constant hum of people walking by and scooters on the street outside. Inside our space, we deal with medical solutions, which means a lot of technical manuals and equipment parts are usually scattered around. It’s not a sterile laboratory; it’s a working office where we solve problems. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of summer, but we make do. We have a small corner for making tea, which is where most of our planning happens. People stop by to ask questions about equipment or to drop off papers. We don't have any fancy receptionists or waiting rooms with magazines. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. We’ve been in the Kapoortala area long enough to know the regular faces around the complex. It’s a bit noisy and a bit dusty sometimes, but it is where we get our work done. We focus on the medical side of things and try to keep things running smooth for our customers in the city.
