We started this little place here on Church Road in Lucknow a while back. It is right in Indira Nagar, at C 1023/6, and most people find us because we are so close to Shekhar Hospital. The building isn't fancy or anything, but it works for what we do. Every day, kids from the neighborhood walk over after their regular school is done. We spent a lot of time getting the rooms ready, painting the walls, and making sure there were enough chairs for everyone. Sometimes the traffic on Church Road gets a bit loud, especially in the evenings, but inside it stays mostly quiet enough to focus. We just wanted a spot where students could sit down and go over their books without too much fuss. Being in Lucknow, the summers get really hot, so we try to keep the fans running all the time. It is a simple setup. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist sitting there all day. Usually, it's just one of us opening the door and getting the chalk and boards ready. People stop by to ask about timings while they are on their way to the hospital or the market nearby. We have been here at this address for a bit now and the locals know us. It feels good to be part of the Indira Nagar community. It’s just a normal teaching center where we try to get through the syllabus day by day.
