Our place is at 181 Kapoorthala in Lucknow. It’s tucked away in Chandralok Colony. If you live around here, you probably know the area. It’s a quiet enough street most days. Shrestha Ics Academy Of Excellence is where we spend most of our time. We aren't a big corporate chain with shiny posters everywhere. It’s just a regular building where we help people with their studies. We’ve got some classrooms set up. They are basic but they do the job. Lucknow has changed a lot, but this part of Kapoorthala still feels familiar. We started this because we had some space and some knowledge to share. It's not always easy keeping everything organized, but we try. Sometimes the tea runs out or the printer jams, you know how it is. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just open the doors and get to work. Most of our students come from the nearby neighborhoods. We know a lot of the parents too. It feels more like a community spot than a school sometimes. We keep the hours regular. If you're walking through Chandralok Colony, you’ll see our sign. It's a bit weathered now. We put a lot of effort into the actual teaching part rather than the decorations. The ceiling fans hum quite a bit in the summer, but they keep the air moving. We’ve got a small cupboard where we keep all the extra chalk and registers. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is here at once, but we make it work. No one seems to mind the close quarters too much. We focus on getting the chapters finished.
