Sharda Coaching Institutes is located at 12/4 on Indra Nagar Road in the Indrani Nagar part of Lucknow. The best way to find us is to look for the SBI ATM nearby; we are just a short walk from there. It’s a handy landmark because almost everyone knows where it is. I decided to set up here because the locality has a lot of families. The building is simple, and we occupy a space that’s been part of this street for years. I spend most of my time in the main room, surrounded by stacks of paper and old textbooks. It isn't a very large place, but we fit everyone in. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a minute for the backup to kick in, but that’s just how things go here. I don't like a lot of formality or corporate structures. If a student is struggling with a topic, we just spend more time on it until it makes sense. I don't follow a strict schedule where everything is timed to the second like a factory. It’s more relaxed than that. We take our work seriously, of course, but the atmosphere is more like a home than an office. The neighbors are friendly, and we’ve become a small part of the daily life on Indra Nagar Road over the years. We are just here doing our thing every day.
