This salon is located on the first floor of Shivani Plaza. We are in Vijay Khand, right near Mithaiwala Chauraha in Gomti Nagar. It is a busy spot in Lucknow. We sell the retail products and also do the salon work. A lot of people come in specifically for the herbal stuff. The shop is spread across two units, F 4 and 5. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about what might work for their hair or skin. It is a franchised place so we follow the usual routines. The stairs leading up can get a bit tired but once you are inside it is fine. We see people from all over Gomti Nagar. Some just pop in to buy a jar of cream while others stay for an hour. It stays quite bright inside because of the windows. We keep the shelves stocked as much as we can. Working here means you see a lot of different people every day. The traffic at the chauraha is always loud but we get used to it. We keep the towels clean and the water running. It’s just how we earn our living. It is a practical place for people who like these specific products. We don't make a big fuss about things. We just open up, do the work, and close at night. We have been here for a few years and the neighbors know us well.
