Serra Beauty Parlours is right here on the Main Road in Beldari Lane. If you know Lucknow, you know this part of the city stays quite busy during the day. We have been in this spot for a good while now. The shop isn't huge, but it gets the job done for everyone in the neighborhood. Usually, we start early when the tea stalls nearby are just opening up. The lane gets crowded with cycles and people walking to work. Inside, it is mostly just us handling whoever walks through the door. Sometimes it’s a neighbor looking for a quick trim, other times someone is getting ready for a family event. We keep things simple. The mirrors have been there since we opened, and the chairs are comfortable enough for a long wait. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, but we keep the fans going. People often stop by just to chat for a minute before they go about their shopping on the Main Road. It is a noisy area with all the traffic, but once you are inside, it feels different. We don't really do fancy advertisements or anything like that. Most folks find us just by walking past or hearing about us from someone else on Beldari Lane. It’s just a regular place where people come to get their hair done or some basic grooming without any fuss. That is how it has always been here.
