We started Swastik Medi Solution Pvt. Ltd. quite a few years ago here in Sector - H Aliganj. It is just a regular spot where we handle all sorts of medical requirements for people living nearby. Some days are really busy and others are quite slow, but we always keep things moving along. Our office isn't anything fancy or polished. We spend most of our time dealing with heaps of paperwork and making sure the supplies are exactly where they need to be. Being in Aliganj means we see many of the same faces every week. It’s a nice part of the city, though the parking can be a real headache sometimes near A -1/3 when it's crowded. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know the daily routine by heart. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People usually just find us because they need something specific and we happen to be right around the corner. It’s mostly about keeping the shelves organized and answering the phone when it rings. We try our best to stay on top of all the orders that come through. If you walk past our place, you’ll probably see us sorting through boxes or checking off lists. That’s just how it is here every single day. It isn't a high-speed corporate environment, just a practical setup for getting the work done.
