We are located over in Arya Nagar, right where the Savitri Orthocare Medical Store is. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re familiar with this part of the neighborhood. Savitri Orthocare Medical Store Private Limited is basically a group of us who handle the day-to-day business of running a medical shop. We spend a lot of time behind the counter, talking to people who come in looking for specific things for their bones or joints. It’s not a big corporate pharmacy with bright neon lights. It’s more of a local shop where we know a lot of the customers by their first names. The shelves are usually packed with boxes, and sometimes it takes us a minute to find exactly what someone needs, but we get there. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything. We just open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and wait for the first person to walk in. Arya Nagar is a busy place, and there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the building has seen better days, but it’s sturdy. We focus on keeping the stock full and making sure we don't run out of the basics. It’s just honest work in a local neighborhood. Nothing more, nothing less. We usually have the radio playing low in the background while we sort through the new shipments that arrive every other day.
