You can find Satyam Beauty Parlour over in Alambagh, specifically in the Bhaseen Market within Chander Nagar, Lucknow. It is a typical local parlour for women. We’ve been operating out of this market for a good amount of time. The shop is small and practical. We do things like threading, wax, and simple hair cuts. It’s the kind of place where the neighbors stop by to chat even if they aren't getting anything done that day. Bhaseen Market is usually quite crowded, so there is always something happening outside our door. Inside, we have a couple of chairs and some basic mirrors. It’s not one of those polished places you see in the posh parts of Lucknow. We keep things down to earth because that is who we are. Most of our customers are from Chander Nagar and the surrounding blocks of Alambagh. They know they can just walk in and we will take care of them. We don’t use any complicated language or try to sell people things they don't need. We just do the work and keep the shop running as best as we can. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is here. It is a simple, honest business and we are glad to be a part of the local market community.
