Saraswati Ias

Our office is in Kapoorthala, Aliganj. We are situated right in front of the Nagar Nigam Office in Lucknow. It’s a big landmark so people don’t get lost often. The traffic in Lucknow can be a real headache, especially during the middle of the day. From our windows, we can see the government workers coming and going across the street. It’s a very practical location for an IAS center. The building we are in is quite old and has that specific Lucknow feel to it. We don’t have fancy air conditioning in every single corner, but it stays cool enough. We’ve got stacks of books and notes everywhere because that’s what we do here. It’s Saraswati Ias, and we’ve been in this spot for some time now. The tea man outside makes a good cup if you’re waiting for a class to start. We don’t try to look like a big corporate firm. The paint is peeling a bit near the doorway, but it doesn't bother us much. We just focus on the work at hand. Most people who come here are serious about their studies. They don't care about the furniture as long as they have a place to sit and read. It’s a bit crowded on the weekends, but we make it work. The lock on the main gate is a bit stiff sometimes. We should probably fix that soon. Anyway, that is us.
