Our office is over at P. No. -03 in the B. R. Dubey Enclave. It is right on the Dewa Road in Chinhat. If you know the area, it is a busy spot. We focus on rural projects because that is where the real work is needed. Most of the team is local and we know these roads well. We spend a lot of time traveling to nearby villages. It isn't always easy getting from one place to another especially when the traffic on Dewa Road gets heavy. We deal with various village-level programs. Sometimes it is about training and other times it is just about getting resources to people who need them. We are a private limited company but we act more like a small group of neighbors trying to solve problems. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big sign outside. We just have our desks and our computers and a lot of paperwork. The work can be a bit messy sometimes. Things don't always go according to the plan we made in the morning. That is just how rural work goes. You have to be flexible. We like being in Chinhat because it feels like the middle of everything. We meet a lot of different people every day. It keeps us busy and we are okay with that.
