I started this place in Indira Nagar quite a few years ago. It’s right here at D 1458. People around Lucknow know this area is busy, but our corner stays busy too. I handle most of the hair and face work myself. Sometimes it gets crowded on weekends, especially during wedding dates. We just do the usual stuff like threading, waxing, and hair cuts. Nothing too fancy, just what people need for their daily look or a small function at home. I didn't want a big flashy shop, so I kept it simple. Most ladies from the colony come here because they know me by name now. It feels good when someone stops by just to say hello while passing through the lane. The mirrors are old but clean. I try to keep everything tidy. Sometimes the water pressure is a bit low, but we manage. Lucknow weather makes everyone's skin dry, so we do a lot of basic facials. It’s not a big corporate chain. We open early and stay until the last customer is done. That’s how it goes every day for us. I usually have my lunch sitting on the stool near the window.
