It’s a decent spot, though the traffic can be a real headache during the morning rush. We’ve been operating out of this office for some time, helping people figure out what they want to do with their plots or where they might want to live next. The office is usually filled with maps and blueprints rolled up in corners. It’s not the most organized place, but we know exactly where every file is buried. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites checking on how the brickwork is coming along. Building something takes a lot longer than people usually think, and there are always little problems that pop up, like the cement delivery being late or the weather not cooperating. We don’t try to be something we aren't. We just take on the projects we can handle and try to get the walls up straight. Sometimes we sit out front in the evenings when the air cools down a bit. There are plenty of tea stalls nearby, which is good for when the days get long. Most of our neighbors are other businesses, so it feels like a proper working area. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the local construction and renovations.
