Salini Beauty Parlour

Salini Beauty Parlour is situated right in the Lalkuan area of Lucknow. We are on Guru Govind Singh Road, which is a pretty well-known stretch if you live around here. It’s a straight-forward kind of place. We don’t have a big sign with flashing lights or anything like that. It’s just a modest shop where we’ve been working for years. The street outside is always full of activity, with bikes and cars zooming past. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, though you can still hear the city noise. We have our regulars who come in from the nearby houses. It’s a very local vibe. We do haircuts and other basic things. The mirrors are a bit old and the chairs are comfortable enough, even if they aren't brand new. We like it this way. It feels real. My cousin helps me out sometimes when it gets busy on the weekends. We don’t follow any big corporate rules. We just open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and wait for the first person to walk in. Lucknow - 226001 is where we belong. The weather gets really hot in the summer, so we keep the fans running all day long. Sometimes we run out of change and have to go to the shop next door to ask for some. It’s a simple life and we just keep doing our work one day at a time without making a big fuss about it.
