Safraj Hair Craft And Beauty Parlour is located at Shop Number 46 in Jeewan Plaza. It is in the Viram Khand-5 area of Gomti Nagar. This part of Lucknow is a bit more modern with the new buildings, but our shop is still quite basic inside. We have a section for hair and a small corner for other beauty work since it is a parlour too. The walls are painted a soft cream color, but there are marks where the chairs have bumped against the paint over time. We have got some posters showing different hairstyles, but they are a few years old now. Most people who come in live in the flats nearby. They come in on weekends mostly when they are not working. During the week, it is much slower. We spend that time tidying up the bottles or sharpening our tools. The plaza can be a bit quiet in the mornings before the other shops open. We have a small air conditioner, but we only turn it on when it gets really hot because the electricity bill is very high. Otherwise, the ceiling fan is enough to keep the air moving. We use regular sprays and gels from the local store. The water in the sink takes a minute to get warm in the winter months. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working together. It is a nice way to spend the day.
