Rnd Initiative Foundation

If you are looking for where we work, we are located at D1 931 in Sector-H of the LDA colony. It is a very normal neighborhood in this part of Lucknow. Rnd Initiative Foundation was started by a few of us who wanted to run something locally. We do not have any of those fancy mission statements or corporate values hanging on the walls. Mostly, we just have calendars and little scraps of paper with notes about what needs to be finished by the end of the day. Sector-H is a good spot for us because it is easy to get to and it is not too crowded with tourists. Our office is just a regular room with the usual things you would expect like desks and a small kettle for making tea. We do not try to impress anyone with polished presentations or big talk. That is just not our style at all. We like to keep things very practical and down to earth. If a problem comes up, we just sit down and try to figure it out together. That is how we have always handled things since we opened. Being a foundation might sound like a big deal, but we keep it simple. We take our tasks one at a time and just keep moving forward. It is a quiet way to work.
