Renaissance Ias

We are tucked away in Sector-D of Aliganj, at Lc/88. If you happen to know where the UPSE building is, we are just behind it. It is a relatively quiet corner of Lucknow, which works out well for what we do at Renaissance Ias. Preparing for these big exams takes a whole lot of hours and deep concentration, so being away from the main road noise really helps the students. The building is a bit older and has that classic Aliganj feel. We have set up a few rooms with long rows of tables for the aspirants to sit at. It is definitely not a luxury office space. It feels more like a lived-in study center. We spend a lot of time looking over papers and discussing the news of the day. People come here from all over Lucknow and even from some small towns nearby. We don't have a massive staff. It’s mostly just a few of us making sure the notes are printed and the lights stay on. The walk from the main road isn't too bad. Sometimes we sit outside for a minute when the weather is nice. We have seen many faces come through these doors over the years. Some people stay for a few months and others stay for a year or more. It is a serious place, but we try to keep it relaxed enough so nobody gets too stressed out. It is just a lot of books and hard work every day.
