You can find us in the Kashmiri Bagh area, part of the Tikait Rai Awasiya Yojna II in Mehndi Ganj. It’s a very lived-in part of Lucknow, full of houses and small businesses. Our school is a multi-story building tucked away in these narrow streets. It’s not a massive campus, so we have to use every bit of space we have. The classrooms are simple and the walls are painted a plain color. We don't have big sports fields, so the kids usually play in the small courtyard or the halls during their break time. It gets quite hot in the summer, and we have the fans going all day. The neighborhood is always noisy with the sounds of daily life, but we just get used to it. The teachers here are local people who work hard to get through the syllabus. We spend a lot of time with the kids, making sure they understand their lessons. It’s a very practical place. We don't have any high-tech gadgets or expensive facilities at Raj Kumar Academy. Parents in the area know us well, and we see them every day when they bring their kids. It’s just a normal school for the people living in Mehndi Ganj. We keep our records in big cupboards and manage the daily tasks as best as we can. It’s a busy, cramped, but hardworking little school.
