R K Beauty Parlour

You can find R K Beauty Parlour at Shop No.66 in the Subh Complex which is near Munshi Pulia in Indira Nagar. I chose this location because the complex has a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. The shop is tucked away a bit but once people find us they usually come back. It is a typical Lucknow beauty spot where we do everything from basic threading to hair coloring. I have one other person helping me with the cleaning and some of the simpler tasks. The walls are painted a simple white and we have some mirrors set up along the side. It gets quite busy in the evenings when women are coming back from their offices or finishing their errands at Munshi Pulia. We don't have a lot of space for waiting so sometimes people have to stand near the door or wait outside in the hallway. I try to keep things moving quickly but I don't like to rush if someone is getting a haircut. The equipment I use is standard nothing too fancy or expensive but it gets the job done well enough. I started this place about five years ago after taking a short course in beauty work. It was a big step for me to open a shop in a complex like this but it has worked out okay so far. We just take things one day at a time and try to be helpful.
