The office is basically just a regular flat that we’ve filled with desks and a lot of filing cabinets. It gets a bit noisy when the elevator is busy, or when there is construction nearby. We try to stay focused on the rural projects even though we are based in the city. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to people out in the districts. It isn't a flashy corporate environment at all. We make our own tea and usually eat lunch at our desks while we work. It’s a practical setup for what we need to accomplish. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. We just keep plugging away at the work, one day at a time.
