This part of Lucknow is growing fast, but our shop stays pretty much the same as it was on day one. It’s called a mens parlour, which might sound a bit fancy, but it’s actually a very humble and simple spot. We have a few stations for cutting hair and a small corner for people to wait. The walls are painted a plain color and we have some mirrors that have seen many years of use. Since we are near Spencer’s, there are always people walking by with their grocery bags or going to the market.
