We have our office at 6-B in Malviya Nagar, which is over in the Aishbagh area. Pramod Telecom has been running from this spot for quite a while now. It’s a local neighborhood, so we see a lot of the same faces walking by every day. We handle telecom equipment and services, which basically means a lot of phones, cables, and technical hardware. The office isn't anything to brag about—just some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We aren't trying to be some big tech giant with a glass building. We’re just a small crew trying to keep things connected for our clients. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, and we have to scramble to get things back on track. That’s just part of the job. We usually have a pot of tea going in the corner and someone is always on the phone. The street outside can be busy, but it’s a good location for us. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with marketing talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s a practical way to run a business. We’ve had our ups and downs like anyone else, but we’re still here at 6-B, doing what we know how to do best. It’s just us doing our thing.
