Palak Causmetic Gift & Mobile Shop

Our place is down in the lower ground floor of Om Sai Plaza. It’s shop number LGF 4 in Hari Har Nagar, which is part of Indira Nagar. We do a bit of everything here. We have cosmetics for the ladies, some gift items, and we also deal with mobile phones and recharges. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with all the different things we sell. One wall is mostly makeup and creams, and the other has mobile accessories like chargers and covers. We also do small repairs if your phone screen is cracked or the battery is acting up. Hari Har Nagar is a nice area and we get a lot of locals coming in. Some days it is very quiet and I just sit behind the counter checking the stock. Other days, everyone wants their mobile fixed at the same time. We’ve been at this location for a couple of years. The plaza can be a bit confusing if you haven't been here before, but just look for the stairs going down. We keep the shop open pretty late because that's when most people finish their office work and come home. We don't use any fancy computer systems for our sales, just a notebook and a pen mostly. It works for us. We just try to provide what the people in the neighborhood are asking for. It keeps us busy most days of the week.
