Our place is at Plot No. 266 on Faizabad Road. Being out in Kamta, Chinhat, means we are a bit away from the main city center of Lucknow, but it stays busy here. Organic India Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend our days dealing with various herbs and products. You can often smell the different dried plants when you walk through the warehouse area. Faizabad Road is always noisy with trucks and buses zooming past, so the building feels like a bit of a refuge from that chaos. The yard has enough space for loading, but things get tight when two deliveries arrive at once. We have a mix of people working here, some from the city and some from the nearby villages around Chinhat. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend money on fancy decorations; the focus is mostly on the inventory and getting things shipped out. In the summer, the heat can be quite something, but we just keep the water coolers running and keep going. Most of us have been here long enough that we don't even notice the dust from the road anymore. It’s a solid routine. We start early, check the batches, and make sure the paperwork matches the boxes. It's honest work and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed among the staff, even when we have a lot of orders to pack. We just try to keep things organized and get through the daily to-do list.
