We are set up at Plot No 1 K No 266Baraura Hussain Bari, which is near Fatka in Lucknow. It’s a bit of a specific address to find, but we’ve been here for a while now. North Bengal Organic Ecofarming Private Limited is the name we use for all the official stuff. Lucknow-226003 is home for us, and the area near Fatka is usually humming with people and traffic. Our spot at Plot No 1 is where the main work happens. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets. It’s mostly just us, some sturdy tables, and a lot of determination to keep things running. North Bengal Organic Ecofarming Private Limited is run by a small group of people who just want to do right by the land and the community in Up. We don't have a big corporate ladder to climb. If something needs doing, whoever is closest just does it. Sometimes the heat in Lucknow gets to be a bit much, but we just drink some water and keep going. We have piles of papers and some old folders that have seen better days. It's not a polished environment, but it's where we feel at home. We spend a lot of time talking to the locals and making sure we’re staying on track with our daily goals. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until night. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't.
