Niharika Beauty Parloor

We are located over on Aishbagh Road, right near the 29-Naka area in Lucknow. If you know the petrol pump around there, then you know exactly where we are. The road outside is always loud with scooters and trucks going past, but we have a thick door that shuts most of it out. We have been at this spot for a long time. The walls are painted a simple color and we have some old posters of different hairstyles that have been up for years. We don't really change things around much because our regulars like it the way it is. When the sun hits the street in the afternoon, it gets quite dusty, so we are always wiping down the counters and the glass. It is a family-run kind of place, so you might see one of us eating lunch in the back corner if it’s a slow hour. We handle hair, some basic face work, and whatever else the local women need. There is no fancy music playing, usually just a radio or someone's phone. Being near the petrol pump means people sometimes drop in while they are waiting for their tanks to fill up. It is a practical location for everyone in Aishbagh. We don't try to be anything we are not. We just provide a place for people to sit down and get sorted out before they head back into the Lucknow traffic.
