Nayi Dhara India Foundation

We are located on the second floor of the Suraj Deep Complex in D-Block. That’s on Jopling Road here in Lucknow. It’s a busy street, so there’s always something going on outside our window. The building is a bit older, and the elevator can be a little temperamental, but it gets us where we need to go. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage the foundation’s activities. We don't have any fancy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s just a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a kettle for making tea. We spend our days dealing with various projects across Uttar Pradesh. It involves a lot of reading through documents and talking to people on the phone. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with all the papers, but we know where everything is. We aren't a big corporate foundation. We are just a group of people trying to do something meaningful in the city. The noise from the street can be a bit much in the afternoons, but you get used to it after a while. We don’t have any grand missions or slogans. We just look at the work that needs doing and we try to get it finished. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day. If you ever drop by, don’t expect anything flashy. We’re just regular folks working out of a regular office.
