Nayab Hairtraisor

Our shop is Nayab Hairtraisor and you can find us on Seetapur Road in the Khadra area. We are really close to the Pakka Pul, which is a big landmark around here in Lucknow. If you know the bridge, you know where we are. The road outside is almost always packed with rikshaws and bikes, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. It is a lively spot to work in. The shop itself is pretty straightforward. We have the usual chairs, some older mirrors, and all the tools laid out on the counters. I’ve been cutting hair for years and this place is where I spend most of my time. It is not a fancy salon with soft music; usually, we have the radio on or just the sound of the traffic coming in from the open door. People from Khadra come in for a quick shave or a haircut before they go about their business. It is a practical kind of place. We don't have a lot of space for waiting, so people often stand outside on the sidewalk and talk until a chair opens up. The Pakka Pul area has a lot of history, and I like being part of the community here. It’s a bit dusty because of the road, but we sweep up a few times a day to keep it looking okay. Nothing too special, just a regular hair shop for regular people who want a clean cut.
