Umair Communication

Our shop, Umair Communication, is located in the Daliganj area, right over in Munshiganj. It’s a small place on a street that stays pretty busy throughout the day. We’ve been here for a good while, serving the people who live around this part of town. Most of what we do involves fixing mobile phones, selling SIM cards, and helping people with their recharges. It’s a simple setup with a glass counter and some shelves for accessories. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how to handle the repairs and talk to the customers. Sometimes the shop gets crowded when a few people come in at once, and there isn't much space to move around, but we manage. The neighborhood is lively, and we know many of the regulars who pass by every morning. We don’t spend money on big ads or anything like that; people just know where we are. Usually, the door is open from morning until late evening. It can get a bit dusty from the street traffic, so we have to wipe down the counters quite often. We just try to do a decent job with every phone that comes across the counter. It’s a modest business, and we are happy staying right here in Daliganj. There’s no big mystery to how we work; we just show up and help out whoever walks through the door with a broken screen or a network issue.
