We opened up here on Kanpur Road quite a while ago. If you know the area near Krishna Nagar, you've probably seen our sign right beside Hotel Pacific Inn. It’s a busy spot in Lucknow. Most days start early with sweeping the front and getting the chairs ready. We get a lot of people coming in from the nearby houses and some who are visiting patients at Lal Hospital across the way. It’s just us working here, trying to keep things tidy and making sure everyone gets their turn without waiting too long in the heat. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and chat with the ladies until it comes back on. We do threading, hair cutting, and the usual stuff you expect. It isn't a fancy place with big lights, just a regular shop where we know most of our customers by name. We’ve seen kids grow up and start coming here for their own weddings. That’s how it goes in a neighborhood like this. The traffic outside is always loud but inside we keep the fan going and just focus on the work. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a steady spot where people feel okay stopping by. Dealing with the local suppliers for creams and towels takes up some time too. It's a simple life running a salon here.
