Our little spot is at No. 1/804 in Ruchi Khand 2nd, Sharda Nagar. Microtech Help is really just a room where we fix things that aren't working like they should. Computers, gadgets, and all those little electronics tend to pile up on the workbench. It’s not a big corporate service center with a waiting room and a water cooler. It’s just a desk with a lot of screwdrivers, soldering irons, and spare parts scattered around. Sharda Nagar is a nice enough place to work, though finding a parking spot near Ruchi Khand can be a headache sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to explain to someone why their screen isn't turning on. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error. Some days are slow, and we just clean up the shop or organize the cables, but other days everyone seems to have a problem at once. We don't wear uniforms or have fancy badges. We’re just regular folks who happen to know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes we stay late because a job is almost done and we don't want to leave it for tomorrow. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a small repair place. We keep things simple and try to be honest about what can be fixed and what can’t. If the weather is nice, we leave the door open to get some fresh air.
