Our shop is situated at 288/103 in Arya Nagar, which is right along Aishbagh Station Road. It’s a very familiar part of Lucknow for most locals, especially with the Aishbagh station nearby. We are also quite close to Holy Home Convent School, so you often hear the sounds of students and traffic throughout the day. The building we are in is easy enough to find once you are in the Charbagh area. Inside, we have set up the space to handle both hair and spa services. It is not a huge, sprawling center, but we have enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. We focus on the daily tasks like washing hair, doing facials, and helping people relax a bit. The walls are painted in plain colors and we have some basic furniture for waiting. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after each customer because we like to keep things tidy. It’s a local business run by people who live nearby. We don't use any complicated systems; we just write things down and take care of the people who walk through the door. Some days are quieter than others, which gives us time to reorganize the supplies or just have a tea. It is a straightforward place where the focus is just on the job at hand. We have been here for a while and most of our neighbors know us well. We just do our work.
