Mayuri Herbal Beauty Parlour is situated at Shop Number 3 in Alambagh. We are near Dr Vinit Agarwal’s place over by Tehri Pulia in Patel Nagar. Lucknow is a big city but this part of Alambagh feels like a community. We focus on herbal things mostly because that’s what we know best. It is a small shop, and we’ve kept it that way for years. We don’t want to be some massive corporation. We like knowing the names of the people who walk through the door. The smells of the herbs and creams are always in the air here. Sometimes the floor is a bit dusty from the street outside, but we clean it up as much as we can. We do things like facials and hair treatments using more natural stuff. It’s just how we were taught. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just see the sign or hear about us from their sisters or mothers. We work hard and we stay open until the last customer is done. It’s a simple life running a beauty parlour. We just want to do a decent job so people come back next month. Sometimes the power goes out but we have a small generator to keep the lights on for the ladies. We just try to get the job done right and stay honest about it.
