Malva Steel

Malva Steel is located over at 3 B N Road. We are pretty close to Nisat Cinema in the Chaulakhi Kesar Bagh area. It’s a lively part of town. You can always hear the city sounds while we’re working. We handle a variety of steel products. Our shop isn't the biggest, but we make use of every inch of space. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when a big load comes in. We’ve got a small crew. We mostly focus on getting the orders ready for local builders. It’s dusty work and by the end of the day, we’re all ready to head home. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. People come to us because they know we are here at this address and we have what they want. The building itself is an older one. It has some character, I guess you could say. We’ve had to fix the roof a couple of times. If you’re coming to see us, just look for the sign near the cinema. We’re usually there unless it’s a holiday. It’s just a normal steel shop. My wife sometimes brings us lunch, which is the highlight of the day. We don't have a computer for the bills yet, just paper receipts. It works fine for us. We've known the other shop owners on B N Road for years. It's a tight community and we all just try to get through the day's work together.
