Makeup India

Makeup India is located on the first floor of building B-38 in Sector-P, Aliganj. Being in Lucknow, especially this part of Aliganj, means there’s always a lot of activity around us. We are right near Mr Brown Bakery, so sometimes you can smell whatever they are baking when you’re coming up the stairs in the morning. The first-floor location means it’s a bit quieter than being right on the street level, but we still see everything going on from the windows. The address is 226024 if you’re looking it up on a map. Every morning, we climb those stairs and get the lights turned on. It’s a simple setup inside. We spent some time getting the mirrors in the right spots and making sure there’s enough light for when we’re working on someone. Lucknow gets quite warm, so we’re always making sure the fans or the AC are running right so people feel okay when they sit down. It’s a lot of routine stuff, really. We check the supplies, clean the brushes, and wait for the day to start. There isn't much to say about it other than we are just a local place doing our thing. People usually find us because they were already visiting the bakery or they live in the Sector-P area. It’s a practical space and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
