Make Over Mans Saloon

We are located at Tez Kumar Plaza on Halwasiya Road, right in the middle of Hazratganj. It’s G 49 on the ground floor, so you don’t have to go climbing any stairs. Lucknow gets pretty hot, so the shop is a nice break from the sun outside. Most of our regulars are guys who work nearby or students who are hanging out in Hazratganj. It’s a straightforward men's salon. We have the usual black chairs and big mirrors. Sometimes the wait is a bit long on weekends because everyone wants to look sharp for their time off. We just get on with it, cutting hair and doing shaves. The noise from Halwasiya Road is always there in the background. It’s a fast-paced part of town, but inside, things are a bit more relaxed. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle a pair of scissors. The plaza itself is always busy, so there’s a lot of foot traffic passing by our door. We keep the floor swept and the towels ready. It’s an honest living in a busy part of Lucknow. No one puts on acts here; we just talk about cricket or the weather while the work gets done. It’s been our spot for a while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around Tez Kumar Plaza.
