Mahola Agro Industries Private Limited

You can find Mahola Agro Industries over in the Shalimar Gallant building. We are way up on the twelfth floor, flat G-1201, in the Mahanagar area of Lucknow. It’s a bit of a different feeling being an agro company in a high-rise apartment building, but that is where our main office is located. Down on the ground, the city is busy and noisy, but up here it is a bit quieter for doing the paperwork. We handle all the management and the planning from this spot. Lucknow is a big city and being in Mahanagar makes it pretty easy to reach the people we need to talk to. We aren't doing the actual farming in the flat, of course. We deal with the industry side of things, like contracts and supply chains. There’s a lot of talking on the phone and looking at papers all day long. Sometimes the lift takes forever to come and we just wait around. We started this because we saw a real need in the agriculture sector for better organization. It's just a small team of us working at the desks. We have our files, our computers, and our tea. It’s not a corporate showroom with glass walls or fancy rugs. It’s just an office where we get things sorted. We try to keep things simple and honest. If you come by, you’ll see we are just regular people working hard. It’s a lot of coordination between the fields and the buyers. We just keep at it every single day.
