Mahi Traders

Mahi Traders is located at 283/238 Harchandrapur Garikanura. It is one of those addresses that can be a bit tricky for people to find the first time if they aren't from around here. We are basically a trading house, so there is always stuff coming in and stuff going out. The street can get a bit narrow when the delivery vans try to back in, which causes a bit of a stir with the neighbors sometimes. We have all sorts of things stored in the back, and the front area is mostly for paperwork and talking to people who come by. It’s a very local vibe in Harchandrapur. We know the tea seller around the corner and the other shop owners on this block. There is no fancy lobby or air conditioning that works all the time, just a fan and some old desks. We do our best to keep track of the orders, even if the ledger looks a bit messy at the end of a long Tuesday. Working in Garikanura means you see the same people every day and you learn everyone’s name. We don't spend money on big posters. We just keep the shop open and handle the trading business as it comes. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, other days we don’t even have time for lunch. That’s just the way it is here. The wooden door sticks a bit when it rains, so you have to give it a good push.
