Mahakash Agro Food Private Limited is located at S-26 in the Industrial Area of Sarojani Nagar, Gahroo. That’s in Lucknow, specifically the 226008 area. Being in an industrial zone means things are a bit busier around here compared to the rural farms. We deal with agro-food products, so there is always a lot of moving parts. Trucks coming in and out, bags being stacked, and a lot of noise from the nearby units. It’s a practical setup for us. We aren’t trying to win any awards for how the building looks or how nice our desks are. It’s just a place where we process and handle different food stuff. The staff is mostly local people from Lucknow who know their way around a warehouse floor. We don’t use a lot of big words or have long meetings about the future. We just see what needs to be shipped out today and we get to it. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late, and we just have to deal with it like anyone else does in this business. It’s a bit dusty and loud most days, and the coffee isn't great. We’ve got our hands full keeping up with everything. We don't have a PR team or any shiny brochures. If you come by, you’ll just see people working and maybe someone drinking tea during a quick break in the afternoon. It’s just a regular business trying to stay busy.
