We’ve been based out of the first floor of the Chhangamal Building in Hazratganj for a while now. Most people know the spot because it’s right opposite the Universal Book Seller. If you’re walking around Hazratganj, you can’t really miss it. We spend most of our days here in the office figuring out how to get things organized for whatever event is coming up next. It’s a busy area in Lucknow, which keeps things interesting for us. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with all the traffic and shoppers, but we like being right in the middle of everything. It's just a small team of us working here. We handle a lot of the planning and coordination from this space. We aren't doing anything fancy with the office decor, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of notebooks filled with lists. Lucknow has a lot of traditions and we try to keep that in mind when we're setting things up. It’s mostly about making sure things show up on time and the flowers or lights are where they should be. We don't really have a big sales pitch. We just take down the details of what someone wants and then we go out and try to get it done. Dealing with vendors and schedules is what fills up our time. If you need to find us, just look for the bookstore and then head across the street to our building. We're usually here until late most evenings.
