We are right in the middle of a residential neighborhood, so it feels very much like a local spot. We work with agro products and our office is quite small and simple. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights. Lucknow is a busy city, but Chinhat has a bit of a slower feel to it. We spend our time managing the stock and talking to our suppliers. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes it gets a bit stressful. But we just keep at it. There is no corporate polish here. We are just a few people sitting at desks trying to get the work done. We chose the name Lucknow Pasand because we like the city and the people here. We do not use any marketing language or try to sell ourselves too hard. People in the colony know who we are and what we do. We often have people stopping by just to say hello or ask about the market. It is a practical business and we like the daily routine of it. We just focus on doing our job and staying out of the way of the neighbors while we work.
