This salon is over in D Block of Indira Nagar, specifically at 2019-D Block on Kalewa Road. It’s pretty close to Kalewa Chauraha and Dana Pani, so it’s easy for people in this part of Lucknow to find us. Unlike some other places, we handle both men and women here. It’s a busy household, honestly. We’ve got different sections for hair and beauty stuff. It’s not just about haircuts; we do a bit of everything, from coloring to skin care. The name says Loreal Professional because we use those products, but we’re just a local team running the place. It gets quite loud in here with the hair dryers going and people talking. We don’t try to act like we’re some high-end place in a mall. We’re just a neighborhood salon where people come to get ready for weddings or just for their regular upkeep. Some days are absolute chaos when we have a lot of appointments at once, but we manage. We’ve got a few staff members who have been with us for a long time. We know the local families and their kids.
