Our office is located at B 341 in Indira Nagar, right here in the 226016 area of Lucknow. It is a busy part of the city, and we have been part of this neighborhood for a good while. The building is a bit older, so the walls have a few scuffs and the windows rattle a bit when the heavy trucks go by on the main road. Inside, it is just a normal workspace where the Larsen Toubro Ltd team handles the local business for this part of U.P. We do not have any of those modern glass partitions or high-tech coffee machines. We just have a kettle in the corner and some plastic chairs for visitors. The traffic in Indira Nagar can be a real pain in the morning, so most of us try to get in a bit early to avoid the worst of it. We spend our days going through paperwork and talking to people on the phone. It is a straightforward job. There are no big motivational posters on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a map of the area. We all know each other well, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. Sometimes we order some samosas from the shop down the street when we are having a long afternoon. It is not a polished environment, but it works for us. We just focus on the daily chores and making sure everything is in order before we lock up for the evening. It is a practical way to spend the work week.
