Era Infra Engineering Limited is located in Lucknow at House No. C4/130 in Vishesh Khand, Gomti Nagar. This part of the city is always growing, so it feels right for an engineering firm to be here. The office is inside a regular house, which is pretty common for businesses in this area. We have a few rooms dedicated to the different project teams. It can get quite hot in Uttar Pradesh, so we’re thankful for the shade around the building. We don’t really go in for the big corporate look. It’s mostly just us, our computers, and stacks of blueprints that need checking. The atmosphere is pretty quiet most days, unless we’re having a meeting about a deadline. We’ve got a small area for tea and snacks, which is where most of the actual talk happens. Gomti Nagar has a lot of traffic these days, so getting to the office can be a bit of a chore in the mornings. Once we’re here, we just dive into the work. It’s a practical workspace without any unnecessary frills. We focus on the engineering side of things and try to keep the paperwork organized, though it’s always a struggle. The staff knows the neighborhood well, and we’ve become a bit of a fixture on this street. It’s just a normal place where people come to do their jobs and go home. We don't bother with marketing or trying to look bigger than we are.
