Lalita Creative Solutions Private Limited is based in Lucknow, over at 2/112 in Vinamra Khand, Gomti Nagar. This part of Lucknow is quite nice and it’s a good place to have an office. We focus on creative solutions, though that can cover a lot of different ground depending on what is needed on a particular day. We aren't a big, flashy creative agency with a studio and expensive cameras. We are just a few people who enjoy working on projects and helping others figure things out. Our office in Vinamra Khand is quite simple. We have a few desks, some chairs, and plenty of notebooks for sketching out ideas. We don't have a corporate hierarchy or any fancy job titles. Everyone just pitches in where they can. We don't spend money on advertising our business because we’d rather let the work speak for itself. Most of our clients are local or come to us through people we already know. It feels very community-driven. We like the fact that we can walk to the local market for lunch or a quick tea. There’s no pressure to be anything other than what we are. We don't use big, impressive words to describe our services. We just talk like regular people and try to be as clear as possible. It’s a steady way to live and work, and we’re happy with the small progress we make every week.
