3 Ab Creations

We’ve got our setup at Type V-3 in the New Campus of Sgpgims, right off Rae Barelli Road. It’s a bit of a specific location, so people usually have to look for the campus signs first before they find us. We’ve been doing this creative work for a while now, and this space is where everything happens. It’s not a big studio with high ceilings or anything like that. It’s a functional room where we keep our supplies and work on the designs that people ask for. Some days are just spent sketching out ideas on scraps of paper or trying to get a machine to stop jamming. We don't have a big staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from the actual creative part to the cleaning up at the end of the day. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with materials scattered around, but that’s just how the process goes for us. Being on the campus means we see a lot of the same people walking by, which makes it feel like a nice community. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make things. If someone needs something created, they come by and we talk about it over a desk that’s probably covered in glue or ink. We just keep it simple and focus on the project in front of us until it's finished and ready to go.
