KRISHNASHRI BUSINESS ASSOCIATES LLP is located over at R 215 in Nehru Enclave, right in the Gomti Nagar area of Lucknow. If you know this part of town, you know it can get pretty busy with traffic and people moving about all day. Our office is tucked away in a spot that stays relatively calm compared to the main markets. We started this business because we wanted to work for ourselves and help other local businesses with their back-office needs and general associations. It’s mostly just a few rooms with computers and a lot of paper. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write glossy brochures. We just answer the phone and try to help the people who reach out to us. Some days we spend more time talking to each other about lunch than we do about the actual work, but that’s just how a small office operates. The building itself is easy enough to find once you get into the enclave. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall guy knows exactly how we like our drinks. We don't try to be something we aren't. We are just a group of associates trying to make a living in Uttar Pradesh. It's not always perfect, but we show up every morning and do what needs doing. It's a lot of manual work and checking details, but we are used to the pace. We share the space with a few filing cabinets that are overflowing.
