You can find Kaniya Tutorials at Shop No 1, 2, and 3 along the Ring Road in Indira Nagar. Being near Munshi Puliya makes it easy for the locals to spot us. We ended up taking three shops side by side to make enough room for everyone. It’s not one big hall; it’s more like separate little spaces where different groups can study at the same time. The floor is just plain tiles, and we have the usual racks for keeping books and old test papers. Sometimes the shop shutters are halfway down if it's really sunny outside to keep the heat out. Lucknow summers are no joke. We’ve been in this spot for a good bit of time now. You’ll see students hanging around the entrance during the breaks, just chatting or looking at their phones. The Ring Road stays busy, so there is always the sound of horns and bikes passing by. We don't use any complicated systems here. Everything is noted down in registers. If a parent wants to talk, they just pull up a plastic chair and we have a chat right there. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We know most of the families in the area by now. It feels more like a neighborhood gathering point than a business. We just keep things moving, day after day, helping whoever walks through the door. It stays quite active until late evening.
