Jdivine Sparsh Federation

The Jdivine Sparsh Federation is located in the Banthara area of Lucknow. If you know the city, we are in Dream Green City Phase 2, specifically in Dhawapur Khasarwara. Kalpana Singh is the one who handles a lot of the details here and keeps us on track. It’s a residential sort of area, so it feels very much like a community spot rather than a cold business office. We spend our days dealing with various small projects and talking to the people who live nearby. It can get a little hectic during the monsoon when the roads get muddy, but we manage to stay open and keep things moving. We don't have a big mission statement framed on the wall. We just know what needs to be done and we try to do it. Some people might find our way of working a bit old-fashioned because we still use a lot of paper and we like to meet in person whenever we can. It’s how we’ve always done things. Lucknow is a big city but our corner of it feels like a small village where everyone knows each other's business. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. The foundation is just a way for us to stay organized. We aren't looking to expand into some huge national thing. We just want to keep things going right here in Lucknow where we know the people and the common problems they face daily.
